These Terms govern your use of the Qlean application and website at qlean.in. By subscribing to or using Qlean, you agree to these Terms.
Qlean is a content-filtering application that identifies and closes apps displaying explicit content on your Android device. Qlean is a supportive tool and does not guarantee that 100% of all explicit content will be blocked in every situation. This technology has inherent limitations.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation you will retain access until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged again. See our Refund Policy for details.
You agree to use Qlean only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or tamper with the app or attempt to circumvent its licensing.
Qlean requires the Android Accessibility permission to function. By enabling it you consent to the app reading on-screen text solely to identify and block explicit content, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Qlean is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the app will block every instance of unwanted content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qlean and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes will be communicated where reasonable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
